Shipping Details

Your order will be shipped using your local postal service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 36 hours, with an estimated worldwide delivery time of 3-9 days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to postal restrictions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to ensuring you receive your What’s That Patch products as quickly as possible!

Order Dispatch

Our inventory is strategically located across the UK, USA, Germany, and Asia. If stock at a particular location is unavailable, your order will be shipped from an alternative warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

We cover all customs fees and clearance charges before dispatch, so you won’t have to worry about unexpected additional costs. On average, our global delivery takes around 7 days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 15 days due to third-party courier delays, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Address Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before submitting your order to avoid any delivery issues.
